Authorize.Net Batch Failure Notice 10/27/2019

The below notice only pertains to Priority Payment Systems merchant account holders:

Please be advised, if you are a Priority Payment Systems merchant using Authorize.Net payment gateway services you may have had a batch failure on 10/27/2019. The issuing bank for Priority Payment Systems (First Data) was down for maintenance for a few hours during the evening of Sunday October 27th, 2019. If you received a “Failed Credit Card Statement” alert from Authorize.Net with the following error message “Failure due to Close Batch: Function disabled for maintenance. Please call your bank to resolve this.” please see the below announcement.

A failure to batch will result in no deposit from the transactions in your batch payment. If you received a batch failure notice for this date, please contact Priority Payment Systems at 800-935-5961 to have the batch manually closed. Please have your merchant account ID# ready. 

If you are not a current merchant with eCom Merchant Solutions, Inc./eReservation Payment Solutions or Priority Payment Systems but still received the above error message, please contact Authorize.Net at 877-447-3938 for further assistance.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, all parties are working to correct any failed batches as soon as they are reported.
